About Us

We are a group of prairie horse lovers who are steppin' up for Manitoba.

In 2011 we joined up with Alberta charity Wild Pink Yonder to ride across south-central Manitoba. Over the course of three weeks, we rode through 22 towns and challenged them to earn the title of "Pinkest Town in Manitoba." Ste. Anne won the title and Manitoba participants raised $35,000 for Cancer Care Manitoba.

In 2012, Helping Hooves Manitoba hosted five fundraising events with individual trail rides, flea markets and fun days. We were able to donate $5872.20 to Helping Hands For Manitobans With Breast Cancer. This organization supports breast cancer patients with out-of-pocket expenses such as gas money for appointments, day care and wig costs not covered by the province.

Once again, it's time to saddle up for a great cause. Join this fun-loving group of Manitoba horse enthusiasts as we ride across the province. We're looking for riders to participate in various legs of our trail ride, and sponsors to support us as we work to achieve our fund raising goals for 2013. Visit our sponsor page to find out how you can get involved.

Our hoof prints won’t fade from the lives we touch!
